Job description:
- Prepare food and plate desserts
- Make and serve specialty coffee, tea and chocolate beverages
- Process payments using cash registers and payment terminals
- Interact with customers, resolve issues and meet customer needs at the restaurant
- Keep work areas, such as food preparation areas, and customer areas clean, sanitized and organized
- Assist the Manager in inventory management and procurement
- Assist the Manager in staff management, including scheduling of shifts and continuous training and monitoring of performance of the staff
- Assist the Manager in recruitment of new hires and ensure adequate training and support given to the new staff
Job requirement:
- Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling
- Service-oriented
- Preferably with at least 9 months of experience in F&B establishments
