We are looking for a highly organized and target oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to support warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve efficiency in logistics and wholesale supervision. This role requires monitoring, coordinating, and maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Deal with problems in the process, proactively reporting and timely obtaining solutions in case of problems that cannot be solved independently to ensure deadline timely flow of orders.
- Completion of all kinds of orders in and out of the warehouse and delivery work by targeted timeline.
- Follow up the progress of daily orders, sorting out and filing and handing over documents, and organizing inventory counting.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure the daily work system optimization requirements, solve abnormal problems.
- Safety Compliance from ensuring optimizes safe workplace efficiency by enforcing health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Refresher Training and Orientation sessions will be provided for candidate
- Strong leadership, good interpersonal and interaction, organizational skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control will be preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
