Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of corporate communications strategies aligned with the firm's objectives
- Provide sound communications counsel and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in corporate messaging across all channels
- Oversee awards programme, including managing timelines and submissions
- Draft, edit and proofread a range of corporate materials including publications, award submissions, media releases, web articles and EDMs
- Manage and update the firm's website, social media platforms and intranet with accurate and engaging content
- Contribute to the development and production of brand content, such as corporate videos and marketing collateral
- Assist with media relations, including facilitating media requests and supporting media coverage opportunities
- Manage and coordinate key corporate events
- Guide junior team members, ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, with some supervisory responsibilities
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or Business
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Strong project management skills, with ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent writing, presentation, and visual communication skills
- Experience in managing digital platforms, public relations, and media relations
- Design and architecture industry experience is a plus.
