Our client is a public healthcare organization and they are looking for an Assistant Manager, Community Engagement. This is a pivotal role in shaping the community care ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with internal departments, healthcare institutions, social service agencies, and community partners.
- Plan, implement, and monitor community health initiatives that integrate medical and social support.
- Develop strategies to raise awareness and encourage participation in community health programmes.
- Support efforts to align health and social care services for seamless delivery to residents.
- Track outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance programme effectiveness.
- Facilitate training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders and volunteers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in community engagement, strategic partnerships, programme management, or stakeholder relations (healthcare or social sector preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven project management and coordination abilities.
- Passion for improving population health and advancing integrated community care.
