Job Description

Role OverviewThis role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, solutioning, and execution. You will support the Commercial Manager in driving revenue growth, converting opportunities, and ensuring that what is sold is grounded in operational reality. You are not just coordinating bids—you are helping shape them, pressure-testing assumptions, and pushing deals across the line.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Drive commercial opportunities
  • Support in managing RFQs, tenders, and new business opportunities end-to-end
  • Build opportunity pipelines and track deal progress with discipline
  • Participate in client discussions, presentations, and proposal defenses
2. Support solutioning & pricing
  • Work with solution design, operations, and finance teams to develop competitive proposals
  • Assist in costing models, pricing structures, and margin analysis
  • Validate assumptions to ensure solutions are both commercially viable and operationally executable
3. Develop high-quality proposals
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases
  • Translate technical logistics solutions into clear, client-friendly narratives
  • Ensure alignment between customer requirements, pricing, and scope
4. Coordinate cross-functional execution
  • Act as the glue between commercial, operations, engineering, and finance
  • Track actions, timelines, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders
  • Support smooth handover of awarded deals to implementation teams
5. Manage and grow accounts (select exposure)
  • Support account reviews, performance tracking, and commercial discussions
  • Identify upsell or improvement opportunities within existing accounts
  • Assist in contract reviews and commercial negotiations
What We're Looking ForCore Experience
  • 3-6 years in contract logistics / 3PL / supply chain / consulting
  • Exposure to RFQs, solutioning, or commercial roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Skillset
  • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with costing, Excel models, and data interpretation)
  • Structured thinker who can break down complex problems into workable solutions
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate operations into business value
  • High ownership mindset—someone who pushes tasks forward without waiting
