We are seeking for a highly motivated individual to join the Center of Competence (CoC) team to manage the SAP (SWT) operations team with our IT Partner to provide support through analysing and resolving application related issues which includes interfaces, major incidents and support of other related applications, and escalations.
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
1. Service Operations
. Manage SAP (SWT) operations with our IT Partner to provide support by analysing and resolving application related issues, including Interfaces, major incidents and support of other related applications. Where required appropriate documentation and escalation.
. Provide status update on various activities to stakeholders and management including reports of SLAs and KPIs.
. Ensure sufficient support is available by our IT Partner while staff are on leave / public holidays / mandatory shut down periods and at ad hoc times when required
. Daily monitoring of application management processes at application level with timely identification and resolution of any errors.
. Assist in escalation management for emergency cases.
. Ensure I.T. Security and Data Protection Standards are met.
. Ensure system administration is in-line with Daimler Truck Compliance and Auditing requirements.
2. IT Administration Support / Financial Support
. Work with our IT partner and support manager to raise and follow through work requests using our ticketing application (ServiceNow, MQ, CFT).
. Monitor and support with TSA/SLAs and contracts with internal and external partners.
3. General IT functions
. Support DTO CIO and Regional CIOs on special tasks and activities i.e. cost management, IT workshops etc. that relate to SAP (SWT)
. Continuous Improvement activities throughout the whole DTO IT organisation that relate to SAP (SWT).
And any other reasonable assigned tasks and projects.
Job Requirements
This position is based in location Singapore under the entity Daimler Truck South East Asia Pte. Ltd., and may be offered at a lower job level based on candidate's experience. A valid and approved work visa is required for employment in Singapore in accordance to local labour law regulations.
