Lead/work independently in deal evaluation and execution
Prepare financial models and present formal investment recommendations
Conduct due diligence (including financial, commercial and operational), including managing relevant consultants
Work on deal legal documentation alongside legal counsels
Conduct post-investment execution (as applicable), monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in investment and post-investment execution
Support senior management in strategic initiatives and analysis
Expectations:
5-7 years of relevant experience in related Corporate Finance/ Private Equity areas
Strong preference for (i) investment banking experience and/or (ii) real estate experience (must be industrial/DC investment experience, experience with underwriting land acquisitions and development deals)
Prior datacenter/digital infrastructure investment experience is preferred but not required
Excellent tertiary qualifications CFA is a plus
Fundamental understanding of economics, markets, financial statements, accounting, and valuation concepts
Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
Ability to work independently, particularly when working remotely
Uncompromising attention to detail and execution of instructions
Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong commercial acumen
