Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $4000 - $5500

• Location: Suntec City

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and payroll processing
• Prepare job descriptions, post roles and conduct candidate interviews
• Support workforce planning and manpower optimisation
• Advise management on employment laws, HR best practices and compliance
• Review and improve HR policies, procedures and employee relations matters
• Handle HR reporting, data analysis and manpower statistics
• Monitor performance, productivity and staff engagement initiatives
• Prepare payroll budgets, job evaluations, salary reviews and benefits programs
• Liaise with government agencies for claims, grants and statutory surveys
• Act as main HR contact and support ad-hoc HR duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, hospitality or FMCG

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices

• Experience handling shift-based workforce and payroll of up to 300 headcount

• Excellent communication skills with high integrity and professionalism

• Able to prepare reports, budgets and present HR ideas effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) HRIS/BIPO knowledge is an advantage
