Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the HR team
- Partner closely with business leaders to translate organizational goals into practical HR strategies, including manpower planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, payroll support, benefits administration, HRIS data accuracy, and foreign manpower matters
- Act as a governance gatekeeper to ensure HR policies, decisions, and practices are fair, consistent, and compliant with company standards and Singapore MOM regulations
- Manage employee relations by advising managers on disciplinary actions, performance management, conflict resolution, and handling sensitive matters
- Drive performance management, training and development, succession planning, audit readiness, continuous improvement of HR policies and SOPs, and lead company event planning and execution
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Min 3 year of experience in HR Management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Must have hands-on experience in both blue and white collar recruitment
- Able to manage a team up to 4 headcounts
