Responsibilities

Supervise and support Room Attendants to maintain guest rooms and hotel corridors to the highest standards of cleanliness and order, ensuring guest safety and comfort.

Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks effectively to ensure timely and efficient turnover of guest rooms.

Verify that all floor pantries are stocked with sufficient supplies.

Perform inspections of rooms cleaned by Room Attendants using the designated room inspection checklist.

Notify the Housekeeper of any maintenance concerns within the assigned area.
