Kitchen Assistant

Job Scope

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including regular disposal of garbage.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, such as plates, utensils, and other tools, ensuring they meet hygiene standards.
• Follow proper dishwashing procedures and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Efficiently clear and wipe tables, and clean floors, walls, shelves, restrooms, and filters as part of routine cleaning.
• Perform any additional tasks and duties as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for diners, adhering to company cleanliness standards and all health and sanitation regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
• Applicants without experience are encouraged to apply as training if provided.
• Able and willing to work weekends, as well as public holidays.
