Our client is currently looking for a Assistant General Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.
Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and executing business strategies to drive growth and performance at a divisional level.
- Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring high efficiency and the achievement of performance standards.
- Lead budgeting, cost optimization, and financial reporting, directly impacting the division's profitability.
- Inspire, develop, and manage a dynamic team, with a strong focus on professional development and employee well-being.
- Define policies, procedures, and performance metrics to elevate departmental standards.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution with a focus on quality, timelines, and budget control.
- Uphold and drive compliance with legal and safety standards, fostering a secure and ethical work environment.
- Champion customer satisfaction and stakeholder engagement through proactive relationship management.
Requirements
- Min Degree preferably in Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 15 years of experience in relevant industry.
- Proven experience in a senior management role, responsible for leading and managing the overall performance of the division.
