Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the Oil & Gas division based in Shanghai
Support senior management in developing and executing long-term and annual business plans
Take ownership of departmental Profit & Loss (P&L) and drive business performance
Set sales targets, analyse performance data, and develop forecasts to achieve business objectives
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Lead contract negotiations and manage key account partnerships
Oversee project execution and coordinate with technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Manage, coach, and develop a team including sales, workshop staff, and field technicians
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and regional partners to support business growth
Provide operational and technical support for on-site projects when required
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
At least 5-10 years of relevant experience in engineering, oil & gas, or related industries
Experience in a leadership or management role with team supervision responsibilities
Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and sales performance tracking
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
Proactive, self-driven, and possesses a positive working attitude
Willing to be based in Shanghai, China
