Key Responsibilities.

  • Prepare/review and deliver seamless fund administration services.
  • Handle accounting for venture capital and private equity funds, including transaction processing and fee calculations.
  • Prepare/review various reports and support clients with audit inquiries.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5–6 years of experience in accounting and finance is required, with prior experience in private equity or venture capital being a must.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • While proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support specific business requirements, we welcome candidates of all language backgrounds to apply.
