We are seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Asst Finance Manager , specializes in manufacturing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in group accounting , and will be responsible for managing full spectrum of manufacturing finance and accounting functions , including but not limited to financial statement preparation, general ledger maintenance, budgeting, costing and variance analysis. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills , attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance .
Roles & Responsibilities :
Manage full set of accounts and oversee the entire range of manufacturing finance functions, including monthly audit schedules , management reporting and ensure timely month-end and year end financial closing.
Support group consolidation and financial reporting preparation
Oversee all financial operations, including AR, AP & GL processes while monitoring cash flows and projections.
Perform project costing , margin analysis and monitoring production variances
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations requirements
Involve and support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting processes
Review quarterly GST reports , ensure timely tax filing and compliance.
Manage inventory accounting , including valuation methods, reconciliation processes, tracking of raw materials, WIP and finished goods .
Manage external audit processes, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies.
Supervise and mentor junior finance staffs in executing day-to-day financial operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional team to align finance processes and procedures .
Review on employees reimbursement claims.
Liaise with auditors , tax agents , bankers , and other stakeholders
Experience in handling banking facilities , such as AR financing and trust receipt.
Support Finance Manager in strengthening internal controls and improving operational efficiency
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accountancy / finance or ACCA .
Minimum 5 years experience in maintaining full set of manufacturing accounting or 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in big audit firm
Strong communication skills in a Chinese-speaking environment
Proficient in MS office & ERP software ( MES, Yonyou, SAP or Oracle )
A self starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently .
Strong understanding of Singapore accounting regulations and accounting principles knowledge
Fast learner and consistently drive for process improvement.
Possess can-do attitude and able to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
Workplace based in Tuas South , transport will be provided at designated pickup point.
