What you will be doing

We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to strengthen our Finance Group, with a primary focus on revenue operations, finance process automation and regional integration. You will own key invoicing and receivables processes, support revenue-related FP&A and commercial decision-making, help integrate finance processes across our regional markets, and support Group consolidation and reporting.

On a Day-to-day Basis, This Means You Will

  • Revenue & Invoicing: Own end-to-end revenue and invoicing operations, including billing, collections follow-up and AR reconciliations; work with business teams to improve accuracy, timeliness and financial controls.
  • Automation & AR Clean-up: Drive automation and process improvement across invoicing and AR workflows, as well as lead the clean-up and reconciliation of Group-level AR schedules and aged or outstanding balances.
  • Revenue FP&A & Commercial Support: Analyze revenue and margin performance, review commercial agreements, and support cost-benefit analyses and business cases for new initiatives.
  • Regional Finance Integration: Oversee finance matters for regional markets, particularly Indonesia and Vietnam, and support the integration and standardization of finance processes, controls and reporting with the Group.
  • Group Consolidation: Support monthly Group consolidation, reporting and close activities, including providing additional coverage during periods of team leave or transition.

What we are looking for

Required

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity or regional environment.
  • Hands-on experience in revenue accounting, invoicing, accounts receivable reconciliations, month-end close and Group consolidation.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to review contracts and translate commercial terms into financial and operational implications.
  • Open-minded and proactive in leveraging AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Finance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Good To Have

  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA, CPA or ACCA.
  • Experience implementing finance automation, workflow tools or ERP/process enhancements.
  • Exposure to Indonesia and/or Vietnam finance operations, post-acquisition integration or regional process harmonization.
  • Experience in a technology, healthcare or other fast-growth regional business.

Our Benefits

  • Make a Real Impact: Opportunity to contribute to a leading digital health company's rapid growth.
  • Fast-paced Start-up Environment: Experience an environment where you get to own and make tangible impact without bureaucracy getting in the way of rapid decision-making.
  • Great Team: Collaborate with intelligent, friendly, and supportive professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Hands-on Learning & Growth: Gain hands-on experience in strategy, partnerships, operations, and product innovation within a growing industry.
