This role is suitable for candidates who are hands-on operationally, commercially aware, and comfortable managing full-spectrum finance reporting within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end closing and financial reporting activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Perform financial analysis and explain key variances against budget and forecast
Support bi-annual budgeting and periodic forecasting exercises
Analyse business performance and provide operational finance insights to management
Oversee daily finance operations including AP, GL, and internal finance processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
Coordinate and manage external audit process, including audit schedules, supporting documents, and auditor liaison
Ensure accounts remain audit-ready and resolve audit findings proactively
Drive process improvements, workflow optimisation, and finance digitalisation initiatives
Support continuous enhancement of finance controls and operational efficiency
Requirements
Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent
ACCA / CPA / CA qualification preferred
Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience within the manufacturing industry
Strong hands-on experience in: Budgeting & forecasting, Financial reporting, Auditing experience
Finance operations :
. Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a must
. Strong understanding of internal controls and compliance processes
. Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
. Candidates who are operationally hands-on and commercially driven will be highly preferred
