Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliation
  • Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Support group consolidation processes, including preparation of consolidation schedules and intercompany eliminations
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 4-7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an SME environment
  • Experience in consolidation of multiple entities is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
  • Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and stakeholders
  • Singaporeans and PRs only. No work visa sponsorship will be provided
