An established organization within the medical devices sector is currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager, Asia to join their team. This position will support regional operations by driving financial performance analysis, planning, and commercial decision-making.

In this role, you will oversee regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while monitoring business performance against established targets. You will analyze revenue trends, gross margins, and operational expenditures to deliver actionable financial commentary to regional management. Beyond management reporting, you will partner closely with commercial, supply chain, and country finance teams to evaluate product profitability, pricing strategies, and sales performance drivers. Additionally, you will support group reporting requirements, enhance business intelligence dashboards, and drive process automation initiatives to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency across the region. The ideal candidate is one who is independent, self-motivated and a strong teamplayer.

skills and experience required.

Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification such as a CPA or CA preferred. A minimum of 5 years in accounting or FP&A is required. We are also open to high-performing Senior Audit Associates looking to step into a commercial role with hands-on exposure to Power BI tools. Candidates available on short notice or immediately will be highly advantageous.
