Assistant Executive, Admin-Tuas

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation, management, and maintenance of Maintenance Orders (MOs) within the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module.
• Ensure accurate and timely opening, closing, and documentation of Maintenance Orders.
• Process and verify vendor/service provider quotations through digital scanning, distributing to stakeholders.
• Maintain a centralized repository of up-to-date Maintenance Orders, ensuring 100% data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Coordinate the dispatch of Maintenance Orders and Purchase Orders to stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks on system data entries to ensure compliance with data integrity standards (e.g., master data, MO statuses, resource allocations).
• Support all operational administrative requirements and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC/Certificate in Business Administrationor anyEngineering related field.
• Experience in ERP-based maintenance operations, particularly in SAP S/4HANA environments, is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in high-volume environments.
• Ability to prioritize and handle tasks across multiple workflows with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and teams.
