Job Summary

Serve as the main point of contact for customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through emails, calls, and messages to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Enter and update customer and warehouse data accurately in management systems to ensure reliable records
  • Generate and submit timely reports on inventory, orders, and billing to support operational transparency
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify accurate order fulfillment and shipment processes
  • Prepare, review, and maintain documentation related to customer orders, billing, and inventory for accuracy and compliance
  • Generate and review billing invoices and assist with inventory reporting to support financial accuracy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or related fields
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated through effective customer interaction
  • Ability to start work immediately or within short notice
