Job Summary
You will lead mechanical and electrical maintenance and installation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver effective M&E solutions and troubleshoot facility systems.
Responsibilities

- To provide mechanical and electrical repair and troubleshooting works
- . Overseeing and planning of scheduled maintenance works
- . Liaise with customer, supplier and contractors on costing, quotation and works evaluation
- . Liaise with various stakeholders (client, subcontractor, etc.) to ensure M&E work progress
- . Supervision of subcontractor works
- . Supervision of M&E related site works
- . Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
- . Carry out inspections when required to ensure quality checks and safety regulations are complied
- . Carry out maintenance work and monitor term contractors on regular servicing.
- . Perform hands-on building M&E preventive maintenance and attend to fault complaints like basic electrical and air-con works
- . To plan, organise and supervise major M&E installation works on site, such as chillier / electrical system, substation, clean room system and equipment hook-up works
- . Carry out other ad-hoc duties or projects assigned
