Perform product assembly, equipment, and machine sub-module assembly according to specifications
Generate require documentation from Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly drawings
Support and involvement in PD, NPI and MP phases
Generate PFMEA, technical reports and perform Failure Analysis (FA) on products
Hand on electrical hard wiring & components installation
Perform 5S and ad hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic
Technical skills must include basic knowledge of mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
Equipment Assembly and Test area preferably in Semiconductor Industry
1-4 years of relevant experience preferably in Assembly of Equipment or Test area preferably in Semiconductor Industry
Capable of understanding Engineering drawings for Mechatronics-assembly
Experienced in Manufacturing Engineering Tools (5S, Process Flow, FMEA, System Risk Analysis, DMAIC, 8D, Control Plan, SOP, SOO, Work Instructions, Root Cause Analysis, Capacity versus Demand)
Experience in Mechanical Fitting, Cable Routing and Installation of Equipment.
Preferably in a Semiconductor Equipment Industry.
Able to use Solid works to design simple fixtures / jigs
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
