Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities.
- Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems during operations.
- Perform on-site field work, including system setup, inspection, and operational support.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on drone systems as per maintenance schedules.
- Perform rectification work to resolve system malfunctions and ensure operational readiness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide findings and recommendations.
- Report maintenance issues encountered during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or flight operations to the Service Lead.
- Prepare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with maintenance policies, user guidelines, and customer requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Assist in training and guiding technicians on maintenance procedures and technical troubleshooting
- Prepare and submit monthly maintenance and utilization reports, providing accurate data and analysis on system performance.
