Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet growth targets and expand market presence.
- Identify, evaluate and deliver new business opportunities while strengthening existing revenue streams.
- Lead core account management strategy and maintain strong customer relationships across key accounts.
Operational & Performance Management
- Oversee day-to-day business operations while ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Review key performance metrics (financial results, sales performance, operational activities) to drive productivity and continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance in commercial bids, customer relationship management, resource planning and pricing decisions.
People Leadership
- Build, coach and develop high-performing teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and growth.
- Oversee recruitment, training, capability development and performance management.
- Create a motivating work environment that enables employees to reach their full potential.
Quality, Compliance & Safety
- Partner with the Regulatory Manager to conduct risk assessments and implement effective risk controls.
- Ensure safety standards, equipment safeguards and WSH Risk Assessment procedures are adhered to across all operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines).
- 10+ years of leadership experience within life science, biopharma, chemical supply chain or related industries.
- Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and operational leadership.
- Strong understanding of distribution business models and supply chain optimization.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational ability with hands-on execution.
- Proficient in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
- Strong team management capability and a collaborative leadership style.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder and cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams independently.
