Job Summary
Assist the existing Customer Service Executive by coordinating schedules with residents and contractors to ensure timely attendance and monitor work progress effectively.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointment schedules between residents and contractors to ensure timely service delivery
- Supervise contractors during unit appointments to maintain service quality and compliance
- Communicate clearly with residents and contractors to resolve scheduling and service issues
- Will be required to work on alternate Saturdays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- O level or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective coordination and supervision
