Job Description

Basic Functions:

. Answer telephone calls and carry out various reception and admin duties.

. Approach customers and attend to their needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

. Answer and redirect incoming calls in a polite and pleasant manner.

. Greet customers promptly, identify their needs and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
