Responsibilties Includes:
-Wash, peel, chop, mix ingredients portion, assemble, and package food items according to SOPs and recipes.
-Assist manager by preparing workstations, operating basic equipment (mixers, ovens), and executing cooking tasks as directed.
-Ensure food meets quality, presentation, and portion standards adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene (SOPs), and health regulations.
-Receive, store, and organize ingredients monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks and stock-taking.
-Maintain sanitation of workstations, utensils, equipment, and overall kitchen area.
-Work efficiently to meet production schedules, minimize waste, and support the overall team.
Requirements:
-Basic food prep skills (cutting, measuring), at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
-Attention to detail for quality and hygiene.
-Adaptability to fast-paced conditions.
