Job Description
. Assist Contracts Manager to lead and manage a team of QS
. Oversee Main/Sub-contract administration
. Support and advise the project team on cost and contractual issues for main contract and subcontracts
. Monitor Sub-contract payment, Variation Order Pursuant, Engineer Direction defense
. Project and Sub-Contract Final Account
. Claims for additional payment and EOT
. Safeguard company contractual rights
. In charge of tender submission
