Duties of Assistant Condo Manager / Condo Manager:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the condominium, ensuring high standards of service.
- Collaborate with HQ portfolio and property management teams to deliver quality service.
- Plan and supervise maintenance schedules and general property upkeep.
- Support or lead the implementation of initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with council members, residents, and key stakeholders.
- Assist in or manage budgets, financial transactions, and cost control measures.
- Develop and enforce emergency response and crisis management procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with BMSMA, relevant statutory regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in related field.
- 2 - 5 years experience of relevant experience
- Well versed with BMSMA laws relating to Condominium.
- Comfortable with 5.5 days alternate work week.
