Key Responsibilities

. Take full ownership of tenancy matters, leading negotiations, renewals, and resolution of lease-related issues with tenants.

. Actively manage leasing discussions with customers to secure favorable outcomes and maintain strong long-term partnerships.

. Ensure site operations are managed effectively and comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.

. Formulate and implement rental review strategies to maximize revenue and asset performance.

. Conduct credit analysis and risk assessments of prospective and existing tenants.

. Build and sustain strong landlord-tenant relationships through proactive engagement and service excellence.

. Oversee rental collection and monitor tenant credit control to minimize arrears and financial risks.

. Support Business Development by reviewing leasing/marketing proposals and incorporating details into Letters of Intent (LOI).

. Liaise with the Legal Department to finalize tenancy agreements and ensure accurate documentation.

. Lead or support the implementation of lease management software to enhance efficiency and reporting.

. Manage the smooth handover and takeover process of leased units, ensuring operational readiness.

Key Qualifications & Skills

. Degree in Real Estate Management or relevant course.

. Minimally 2 to 5 years of commercial leasing experience.

. Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation and communication skills.

. Good working knowledge of real estate practices and documents will be an added advantage

. Well-versed in market trends and practices.

. Demonstrates a high level of integrity and ethical behaviour in all business dealings.

. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
