Our client is a leading Singapore real estate developer who seek a Retail Leasing Manager to oversee its dynamic portfolio. You will be instrumental in formulating tenant mix strategy, negotiating leases, and maximizing occupancy and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tenant mix strategies for retail malls.
• Negotiate new and renewal leases for retail spaces, kiosks, and promotional areas.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and secure ideal tenants.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retailers and partners.
• Collaborate with asset management to achieve financial targets.

Ideal Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Estate Management or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of retail leasing experience, with a strong network of tenant contacts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Singapore retail real estate market.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, able to thrive under pressure.
