Responsibilities

• Maximize rental and occupancy for properties in the company's portfolio.
• Secure new tenancies, manage lease renewals, and work with property agents.
• Conduct market research on competitors, rental benchmarks, and occupancy costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and prospects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Estate Management, Building, or Business Marketing.
• 3-4 years of experience in marketing and leasing.
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry and network of contacts.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• RES License preferred (Company will sponsor the course/exam if needed).
