We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is strong on strategy and direction.
Campaign Strategy & Lead Generation
- Develop and own digiDations digital marketing strategy across LinkedIn, paid media, and email collaborate with the internal team to generate creative concepts for web channels and lead generation across all platforms
- Plan and brief campaign concepts, including content themes, messaging frameworks, and audience targeting for internal team executio
Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set and track marketing KPIs including brand reach, engagement rate, lead quality, and pipeline contribution
- Analyse campaign performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements for the team
Brand & Content Strategy
- Define and maintain digiDations brand voice and messaging positioning in the cybersecurity space
- Oversee LinkedIn channel strategy, content pillars, posting cadence, and audience growth
- Use AI tools to improve efficiency in areas such as content ideation, ad copy drafting, keyword research, and campaign analysis
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and cybersecurity industry developments
SEO Support
- Conduct keyword research to support SEO and content planning
- Work with the team to optimize website pages and landing pages for search visibility
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the Sales team to align marketing output with go-to-market priorities
- Manage external agencies or vendors to ensure quality and brand consistency
- Work closely with the internal marketing team to improve campaign effectiveness and lead generation outcomes
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of owning strategy
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and LinkedIn as a business development channel
- Experience managing or overseeing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Proficient with campaign tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or HubSpot
- Comfortable working with cybersecurity or technical products and translating complex topics into compelling messaging
