Promote the property and is accountable for booking individual and/or group business and converting it into profits for the property.
Respond promptly to all telephone and walk-in enquiries about events and catering space, and possess good knowledge in all banquet spaces, facilities and capabilities of the competitive market to secure events for the property.
Keep well informed about the operations of the property and market trends, as well as the competition
Manage weddings, social events, corporate meetings, corporate banquet events, residential and non-residential meeting groups
Establish excellent relationships and build rapport for guest/customers retention, and coordinate sales activities with the rest of the sales team
Create strategic sales proposals that understand the needs of the Social/Gala/Wedding/Corporate Meetings Market while maintaining the financial requirements of the business
Requirements:
Diploman/ Degree holder with at least 1 years experience in a similar capacity
Acute business acumen with the ability to lead teams and drive results
