We are looking for an Assistant Business Development Manager to reach key decision-makers and grow our portfolio in the APAC region. The role requires a hunter mindset, as you will be primarily focused on identifying diverse business opportunities for property development, with a strong focus on data centre and logistic centre development.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities across APAC.
- Execute cold calling to source new leads and follow up on existing ones.
- Utilize CRM tools to track prospecting activities and ensure a consistent flow of leads.
- Monitor the APAC landscape for land acquisitions, power availability, and zoning changes that signal new Data Centre or Logistics developments.
- Meet with potential and existing clients/partners to understand their needs, initiate first-contact meetings and deliver compelling introductory pitches that articulate our value proposition.
- Develop and sustain a network of developers, investors, government authorities, and data centre operators to secure ongoing referrals.
- Support negotiations with government agencies, partners, financial institutions, and other stakeholders for project planning, approvals and executions.
- Collaborate with the Seoul Office and other global offices across APAC to align growth strategies and execute projects efficiently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or Marketing
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Previous experience in data centres, logistics, industrial real estate, or large-scale infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Familiar with regional government and statutory authorities regulations, submission/approval processes and understanding of the APAC business landscape.
