Job Description

The duties of the Assistant Building Manager includes but not limited to the following:

  • Supervision of site staff;
  • Carry out diagnostic analysis of all the M&E systems
  • Regular meetings and prepare monthly management reports including audit and inspection reports;
  • Liaise, coordinate, plan and supervise maintenance program, sub-contractors, vendors, delivery, etc;
  • Make recommendations for any replacement or repair works including seeking approval.

Prerequisites

  • Competent and qualified professional with a Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution with minimum 5-8 years relevant experience.
  • Or Diploma holder with minimum 10-15 years relevant experience to plan, strategize and manage his team to ensure the M&E systems and the building facilities are well-maintained and operated efficiently.
  • The candidate shall have proven relevant expertise in building management and consultancy services (at least 3 years).
  • The candidate shall manage and provide support to his/her Manager and his/her team on day-to-day operation, management and maintenance of the building.
