Assistant BIM Manager (A1 MainCon)

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant BIM Manager to spearhead BIM implementation for a large-scale Institutional project. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM strategies specifically for M&E services within institutional projects, aligning with company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with internal BIM standards and M&E workflows, maintaining quality and consistency across project teams.
- Manage and enhance the company's BIM-VDC-IDD guides to streamline processes and improve project efficiency.
- Support and guide the Tender Team by providing critical M&E BIM information to fulfil tender requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, resource planning, and performance assessments of project teams.
- Engage with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that all project deliverables are met.
- Stay abreast of the latest BIM and construction technologies, proactively recommending innovative solutions for M&E services.
- Organize and conduct training sessions, coaching, and provide operational guidance for internal users on BIM systems.
- Develop learning materials and ensure that the team is well-equipped with up-to-date knowledge.
- Lead the implementation of BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, alongside VDC methodologies and BCA IDD use cases.
- Build, lead, and develop the M&E BIM/VDC/IDD team through strategic hiring and development programs, while managing initiatives to enhance the organization's productivity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BIM for M&E services within the construction industry, institutional projects experience is an Advantage.
- Strong technical expertise in BIM-VDC-IDD tools, particularly for M&E disciplines.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies, DfMA principles, and industry best practices for M&E coordination.
- Proven ability to manage complex BIM projects, lead a team, and drive results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
