Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for high-rise commercial building projects.
- Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee design coordination, tendering, contract management, and execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
- Manage site progress, conduct regular inspections, and ensure quality assurance.
- Handle technical and engineering issues on-site, providing solutions to keep works on track.
- Monitor and control project costs, manage variation orders, and prepare reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- At least 10 years of relevant project management experience in construction industry
- Strong technical understanding of civil and structural works.
- Familiar with local codes, building regulations, and authority submission processes.
- Proficient in MS Project and project management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
