Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full spectrum of accounting (AP, AR & GL)
- Generate billings to customers
- Responsible for month end & year end closing of accounts
- Prepares financial statements and management reports
- Assist to prepare consolidated accounts schedules
- Prepare XBRL file for annual return filing
- Prepare forecast cash flow reports
- Prepare GST return
- Prepare annual tax return and tax schedules
- Prepare forecast and budget financial statements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- ACCA qualification
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Commerce or related major
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Must be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin to manage client portfolio
