Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle full set of accounts
- Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting requirements.
- Handle tax computations and submissions.
- Assist in external audits and liaise with auditors as necessary.
- Perform other ad hoc financial tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting roles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.).
- Experience with accounting software such as Xero and NetSuite is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous, proactive, and possess a positive work attitude.
- Singaporean citizenship or Permanent Resident preferred.
