Job Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities in managing the clients are as follows:
- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, management reports and supporting schedules
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries
- Develop financial forecasts, annual budgets, and perform variance analysis.
- Oversee full spectrum of accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal postings
- Assist with tax filings, GST submissions and compliance reporting
- Prepare financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist project teams on project financing matters.
- Liaise with auditors, banks and external stakeholders when required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and documentation
- Provide support to clients and accounting team in ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Engage in accounting-related consultations with clients through telephone or in-person meeting
Requirment:
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
