Assistance Archi Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the full spectrum of architectural works, including design development, coordination, and site implementation
• Support overall project coordination to ensure alignment between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines
• Act as a key coordination point between consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Review and coordinate architectural drawings with BIM models to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies
• Assist in leading coordination meetings (e.g. BIM/technical meetings) with consultants and subcontractors
• Support coordination of PPVC modules, including production drawings, installation sequencing, and interface detailing
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements to ensure compliance and timely approvals
• Liaise with consultants and authorities to resolve design and technical issues
• Track coordination issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution prior to construction
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Assist in planning and monitoring architectural and coordination schedules in line with the master programme
• Support and guide architectural coordinators, BIM modelers, and site supervisors
• Prepare coordination reports, technical submissions, and progress updates
• Assist in project completion activities including inspections (TOP/CSC) and handover

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related discipline (recognized by BOA/BCA preferred)
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in building construction projects in Singapore
• Experience in project coordination and PPVC construction preferred
• Exposure to coordination of high-rise residential projects is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination tools (e.g. Navisworks)
• Good understanding of PPVC systems, interfaces, and construction methodology
• Familiarity with local regulations and authority submission processes (e.g. BCA, CONQUAS)
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet project deadlines
• Experience working in BIM coordination teams
• Knowledge of PPVC production and installation processes is an advantage
• Green Mark / BIM certifications will be an added advantage
