Assemble precision Mechatronics components, frames, panels, and sub-modules in accordance with engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and customer work instructions. (mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic)
Perform alignment, fastening, torquing, levelling, and adjustments to meet tight tolerance requirements.
Operate calibrated hand tools, torque wrenches, fixtures, and measuring gauges accurately.
Support module integration activities and pre-shipment preparation.
Execute in-process quality inspections and basic functional verification checks.
Accurately complete production travellers (MRs), checklists, and traceability documentation.
Identify, report, and assist in resolving non-conformances (NCRs).
Quality & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9001 standards, and internal QMS procedures.
Adhere strictly to cleanroom protocols including gowning, ESD control, FOD prevention, and proper material handling.
Handle sensitive semiconductor components carefully to prevent particle contamination, ESD, chemical, or mechanical damage.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, fixtures, and assembled components.

Requirements
Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
1 year of hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly
Experience in cleanroom working environment
Prior experience in semiconductor, electronics, medical devices, or high-precision contract manufacturing preferred
