We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The Machine Assembler will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and adjusting mechanical components, troubleshoot and commissioning of machinery.

Candidate are required to have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to assemble machinery components accurately.

Assemble mechanical components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and housings according to assembly instructions and quality standards.

Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of parts to ensure proper functionality and performance of machinery.

Install and connect electrical components, sensors, and control systems as required for machine operation.

Inspect assembled components and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot mechanical and assembly issues as they arise during the assembly process.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve assembly processes.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge related to machine assembly techniques and technologies.

Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and effective assembly operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent technical certification or vocational training in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in machine assembly, mechanical fitting or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments effectively.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Familiarity with electrical components, wiring, and basic electrical systems is an advantage.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision to meet quality standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical and assembly issues effectively.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
