Perform assembly operations in accordance with manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and standard work instructions to ensure high quality and efficiency.
Adhere to established quality control procedures, conduct required inspections, maintain accurate and complete quality records, and promptly report any defects or issues encountered during production.
Properly use, maintain, and store tooling, fixtures, and measuring instruments to ensure operational reliability and accuracy.
Comply with all safety policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy working environment.
Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives on the production line, including lean manufacturing and process optimization efforts.
Complete any other duties or assignments as directed by the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Secondary School education or equivalent.
Demonstrated sense of responsibility, reliability, and commitment to quality work.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a structured environment.
Prior experience in mechanical assembly or a related manufacturing role is highly preferred.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
