AS400 COBOL Developer

Responsibilities

. Design, develop and configure AS400 COBOL software modules, interfaces and components

. Ability to work in a team environment delivering quality software that meets requirements working to a timeline

. Explore new business solutions to continually enhance functionality that fulfills user needs

. Adopt standards and methodologies of application design and functionality

. Motivated to be continually enhancing your skills to be aware of the latest software development trends/skills

. Be a self-starter and recognize when issues need to be raised

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology 5 - 8 years of AS400 COBOL development experience

. Experience in banking domain, especially in payments domain

. Working knowledge of AS400, COBOL, SQL and DB2 database

. Awareness of JIRA and ALDON Involved in complete software delivery lifecycle, and maintaining AS400 applications

. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle communication at different levels and diverse population

. Experience in working closely with clients providing required services
