Job Scope:
- Perform day-to-day baking operations as per SOP
- Prepare and produce Breads, Viennoiseries and/or other items on schedule
- Follow proper handling and right temperature of all food products
- Monitor, check, and receive stocks for ingredients
- Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
- Manage and maintain hygiene standards as per SFA requirements
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and follow recipes
- Possess attention to detail and problem solving skill
- Be familiar with standard kitchen equipment (mixers, dough sheeters, blenders)
- Be able to work with other team members
- Possess good inventory management
- Be able to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
- Preferraly have experience in working in a professional kitchen setting
Personal Aptitudes:
- Interest in food science
- Thirst for knowledge
- Creative and have good interpersonal skills
- Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback
