Basics

• A degree or diploma in Visual Communication, Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related creative field
• Strong competency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere while we love CapCut and Procreate, we're looking for solid skills with professional-grade tools.
• Skilled in mobile videography from shooting to editing for mobile-first platforms
• Confident in mobile, videography, motion graphics, animation and illustration
• Bonus points for a sharp eye behind the lens (photography skills welcome!)
• Confident communicator, comfortable presenting your work and ideas
• A true team player who collaborates well with copywriters and account teams
• Trend-aware without being trend-obsessed
• Candidates with 23 years of experience are welcome.
