Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Art Director with a strong eye for design and craft to develop and execute visual ideas across campaigns, digital, and social content, supporting senior creatives from concept to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and ideas for campaigns, digital platforms, and social media content to engage target audiences
- Design layouts, key visuals, and presentation materials that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Execute artwork production for both digital and print media ensuring high visual quality and consistency
- Collaborate with senior creatives to refine concepts and deliver final creative assets on schedule
- Maintain visual quality standards and consistency across all creative outputs
- Incorporate feedback effectively to improve design work rapidly and meet project requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite to create and edit design assets
- Ability to produce detailed and accurate design layouts, typography, and visual craft
- Portfolio submission demonstrating design skills through student or personal projects
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in motion graphics, video production, or social content creation
- Skills in illustration or photography to enhance creative outputs
